“곡의 질감이 비교적 가벼운 팝이라서 이지 리스닝 같은데 뮤비랑 앨범을 전체적으로 보면 태민의 말마따나 정말 개인적이고 아티스트의 내면을 많이 들어낸 예술적인 곡이라고도 느껴짐. 12년이 넘게 그의 (솔로) 음악을 들으면서 아직도 그 다음 앨범이 기다려지고 이번에는 무슨 생각하면서 만들었을지 곱씹게 되고 나의 경험과 감정들을 새롭게 반추해볼 수 있는 프리즘을 제공받는 기분이 든다는게 감동적임. 가사는 너랑 있으면 둥둥 떠 있는 것 같고 대화가 자연스럽게 흘러간다는 포근하고 아름다운 내용이지만 뮤비에서는 그런 사랑을 위해 스스로의 생명력을 상대에 불어넣고 나는 점점 부서셔가는 과정을 담은 것 같음. 또는 새로운 나를 창조하는 것 같기도 하고. 마냥 꿈같고 아름다운 사랑이라기에는 사랑에 빠졌을 때 거기에 너무 매몰되어 자기 자신을 잃어버리게 되는 사랑의 폭력성을 이야기 한다고 해석됨. Soft violence 라는 앨범명도 같은 맥락이고. 아무튼 태민이라는 아티스트의 팬이라서 늘 너무 너무 행복하고 이번에도 이렇게 아름다운 음악과 뮤비, 퍼포먼스까지 보여줘서 고마워 태민아.”
