“some tips and stuff: you dont need to worry about time or being behind at all unless its an ambulance shift. you can see if someones an anomaly by looking on the security cameras and the picture camera. ratthew is always safe, ron from accounting is always safe, and if you want the ringing to stop then just stamp their papers and theyll stop ringing, you dont have to completely check them in :) you can also give the monster under the bed maple syrup and itll go away and wont hurt anybody. you can also only shoot once and theyll run out on their own instead of just die. you can also just shoot patients a bunch and then throw them in the garbage if you dont wanna take care of them”
