“0:00 „(…) and EA didn’t fucking suck“ BioWare has not released a profitable or even just good game in 12 years. Andromeda: bad game, commercially disappointing Anthem: bad game, financial failure Dragon age: the veilguard: catastrophically bad game, politically motivated messaging, gigantic budget and catastrophically low sales. While EAs meddeling and constant pushing for live service features was by no means helpful, BioWare dug its own grave simply by making bad games that did not turn a profit. It was a miracle EA had not shut them down much MUCH earlier, and now with the new owners being focused on making their money back, BioWare simply did not have the performance history it needed to justify its MASSIVE cost.”
