“Agar paisa nahin hai to sarkaari hospital jao na. Wahaan bhi utne hi test likhe jayenge jitne pvt hospital main likhe jate hain. Pvt hospitals business hi hain. Wo saare laws jo ek business par laagu hote hain wo sab ek pvt hospital par laagu hote hain. Consumer protection act padh lo. Govt hospitals saste hain kyunki govt is paying for treatment. Pvt hospitals coastly hain kyunki govt is not paying for treatment. Patient ko apni jeb se kharcha karna hi padega. Koi aur nahin ayega uska bill pay karne. Pvt hospital ke owner ko industrial rate ke hisaab se bijli bill pay karna hai, duniya bhar ke taxes pay karne hai, 100-200 logon ke staff ko salary dena hai. Isliye pvt hospitals mahange hain. paisa nahin hai to mat jao wahaan.”
