“이래서 선임이면 잘 못한다고 뭐라하지말고 가이드를 해줘야함. 물론 같은 잘못 계속하면 다른 얘기지만 열심히하는데 실수하는거는 뭐라하면 애들 기죽음. 노력은 칭찬해주고 방향을 잡아주는게 훨씬 효과 좋고 듣는 사람 입장에서도 자신감이 생김”
