“사실적시 명예훼손은 없어져야할 최악의법. 허위사실 명예훼손은 이해하겠는데 사실을 적시한것에 명예가 훼손이 된다? 애초에 사실을 적시해도 명예가 훼손되지 않을 행동을 해야지. 자신의 명예가 훼손될만한 범죄를 저질러 놓고 그런 내용을 공연성 있는곳에서 말하는순간 이미 범죄를 저지를 행위로 스스로가 훼선시킨 명예가 더 훼손이 된다? 이런걸 티비에서 드라마로 방영까지하면서 사실적시 명예훼손을 정당한 법으로 공고히 하고자 하는 의도가 보여서 참 숭하다.”
